This place could NOT be better! I was way, way overdue for an eye exam, and scheduled here as a new patient. The front desk staff is helpful, courteous, and so kind- and communicates a lot via text, which I love. The tech who did my initial eye tests was so funny and bubbly, and I loved the eye doctor as well. When it came time to pick out new frames, they even had a person who specialized in that! She was so kind and helpful, and gave me great advice on which frames would suit my face shape best, and why. She even tightened my current glasses for me! All in all, I think Grand Lake Optometry goes above and beyond in personal care, service, and kindness- and they have a great selection of cute frames of all prices too! If you’re in the East Bay and in need of a new optometrist, give them a try! You will not regret it.

this place is amazing! they go above and beyond for all their patients. when my contacts were been back ordered, they managed to go out of their way to make sure i had something for the time-being. whether it’s staying after work hours, responding quickly, or just being super friendly - i wouldn’t go anywhere else for all my eye care needs! i couldn’t recommend this place more ☺️
