TO OUR LOYAL PATIENTS AND FRIENDS:
Grand Lake Optometry sends heartfelt greetings to all of you during this holiday season. Like it or not, this will be a holiday season like no other. We hope that you and your family remain safe and healthy through these uncertain times.
The past few months have held many challenges as we have attempted to provide the excellent eyecare that you deserve under less than ideal conditions. Since reopening in May we have been overwhelmed by the patience and understanding that so many of you have shown us, as well as the gratitude and confidence that you have expressed in response to our efforts.
Your health and safety continue to be our primary concern. We feel confident that the scheduling, procedural, and physical modifications that we have implemented allow for a safe and comfortable visit in our clinic. We are open to any suggestions or feedback if your visit raises any concerns for your health and safety. We are all learning together.
Finally, we urge everyone to remain vigilant in our battle to defeat this terrible coronavirus. Always wear a mask when out in public, maintain a six foot distance from others whenever possible, wash your hands frequently and thoroughly with soap and water (20 seconds), avoid large gatherings, isolate if you are sick, and count your blessings everyday.
HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO YOU ALL!
We urge you to review the details of our COVID Policy and Procedures (use this link). Appointments may be arranged by telephone, text, or online here on our website. Patients are being seen by appointment only and time slots are limited. Please be sure to schedule an appointment for any and all services before visiting the office.
